What is Hacienda CDC?

Hacienda CDC is a non-profit organization committed to creating vibrant, equitable communities. Our mission is to develop high-quality affordable housing and provide comprehensive services that empower families and individuals to thrive. The Lake Grove community will be available to households earning 60% AMI and below.

Who is eligible to live in Lake Grove Community?

This Lake Grove community is an equal housing opportunity designed to welcome individuals and families from income levels of 60% AMI and below, and a diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and backgrounds. This community will host ten Permanent Supportive Housing units in partnership with New Narrative.

Can you explain Permanent Supportive Housing?

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a housing model that combines affordable housing with supportive services, catering to individuals or families facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, and/or disabilities. PSH fosters stability and independence.

What supportive services are provided to Lake Grove residents?

Lake Grove offers a range of supportive services through Hacienda CDC, including resident services and youth and family services. We aim to create a thriving community by curating our programming and support to address the unique needs of our residents. Support for our Permanent Supportive Housing units will be provided by New Narrative.
