Access Architecture is a mission-driven, minority owned, full service architectural firm founded with the purpose of enriching people's lives through both architectural design and a strong commitment to community engagement.
With a combined 30+ years of experience working in affordable housing design, Access Architecture is well versed in projects obtaining local, state, and federal funding.
Contractor
Colas Construction is a 2nd generation, family-owned and operated General Contractor in Portland, Oregon. Formed in 1997, Colas Construction specializes in Civic, Education, Housing, and Healthcare projects. Their experience in affordable housing is extensive, and they rely on their experience and expertise to consistently build sustainable, cost-effective, and long-lasting housing.
Municipality
Addressing Affordable Housing and Homelessness is an ongoing priority in Lake Oswego. Lake Oswego’s mission is to cultivate an exceptional quality of life for everyone in their community, with the belief that the residents, businesses, and visitors to Lake Oswego should receive the highest quality public services. Lake Oswego is currently working on three affordable housing projects, which will dramatically increase the number of affordable units available for community members.
Municipality
Metro works with communities, businesses, and residents in the Portland metropolitan area to chart a wise course for the future while protecting the things we love about this place.
Metro manages two voter-approved initiatives to increase housing stability and end houselessness across greater Portland.
Housing Authority
The mission of the Housing Authority of Clackamas County is to provide and develop affordable housing with supportive services for individuals and families on their path to improved health, wellness, prosperity and inclusion. In order to sustain these services, we prioritize equitable service delivery, financial sustainability, and thriving partnerships to ensure our long term viability.
